This years Annual General Meeting of the Canterbury Archers Society Incorporated will be held on 

April 4th 2016 at 7pm in the Cashmere Club.

Directions to the club are on their Website and I'll have a notice up of where to go inside the entrance.

If you have any items that you would like to be included on the Agenda for this years AGM please let me know by reply to this email. Also could you let me know if you will be attending so that we can accommodate the numbers.

Once the agenda is complete I'll send it out prior to the meeting so you are prepared.

This year we have several issues that will have a large impact upon the club. Please do attend if at all possible.
