Just a reminder for everyone:

At our meeting on the 8th of April it was decided that we will become an incorporated society again, and that to facilitate this and help promote our sport and more accurately reflect the nature of our club and target course, we will change our name, avoiding the use of the word "hunter".

We are holding a follow-up meeting on Saturday the 10th of May at 12:30pm at the Club grounds (after the morning shoot) to decide on a preferred name, and one or two others in case the Companies Office should reject our first choice.
In case of bad weather we will hold the meeting at Aimtru Archery (34 Mowbray St) at 1:30pm instead.

If you have any name suggestions of your own, please send these to me before Saturday 10 May so that they may be added to the list.

Should you be unable to attend the meeting and wish to express your choice of name please email, write or call me before the meeting.
